Laurent is committed to effectively supporting his teams to implement change in a simple and pragmatic way.
He has a strong conceptual background from his engineering and actuarial background, as well as a broad insurance perspective from his experience in large groups and mutuals.
He also has a dynamic management approach, innovation experience as a start-up founder and is a member of the Institute of Actuaries’ Committee of Wise Men, underlining his expertise in this area.
